Altaf Hussain Wani

Altaf Hussaisn Wani is Chairman of the Kashmir Institute of International Relations (KIIR). He is also a permanent representative of the World Muslim Congress to the United Nations in Geneva and a member of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, AJK chapter.
