Guwahati: Amid ongoing crackdown on Muslim community across India on unfounded charges, one more person was arrested from India\u2019s Assam state for allegedly \u201cdefending\u201d Pakistan after the Pahalgam attack.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, this was confirmed by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.<\/p>\n

With this, a total of 37 people have been arrested in similar cases, he added.<\/p>\n

The person arrested from Dhubri district was identified as Amar Ali, he added.<\/p>\n
